January 19, 2025, marks the 13th anniversary of the loss of Irontail 06 and our six HEROES in Afghanistan. While this day is often one of sorrow, we choose to honor and celebrate the lives we shared with them.
Fishing With Joey: A Memoir of My Marine Son was written by Thomas Logan, the father of Corporal Joseph D. Logan, who gave his life to the Marine Corps and our country. The book tells the story of Joey’s life, from his childhood to his passing, and follows a unforgettable 1,600-mile fishing trip he took with his father before his deployment. It’s a story that will make you laugh, cry, and wish you could have been part of it.
Join us in celebrating Joey’s story and his lasting legacy. All proceeds from the book benefit our non-profit, the Red Lion Project.
Your support will help us improve the retreat and welcome Veterans for years to come.
